Dear Rick,

It has been a year since we moved in and we are so pleased (but not surprised) that our one year "check-up" revealed only a few minor touch-ups for repair.

We continue to be in awe of our beautiful home and how the design is superb to capture the best of our waterfront location.  I met a woman at the beach from the area in August who complimented this as well by saying "You must have worked long and hard at the design - it feels like it's been here forever".  She felt the design of the house was so well suited to both the grade of the land and its surrounding environment.  Rick, your constant ideas, involvement and support to us during the design time was invaluable.  It took a few years, lots of twists and turns, but all to achieve an excellent outcome - which we did.

As well, we want to say thank you to your team under you, led by Tyler Golightly as our site supervisor and Ryan McKinnon in the office.  Both were always available to us when we called and Tyler was very attentive to any questions regarding the construction process, materials, and remained patient with us at all times.  He checked in with us regularly and requested site visits in order to best review very important items in person together.  We were pleased to come out regularly during the 12 month process to do this and feel like we were very much involved at every stage.  We were also very pleased with the craftsmanship of the trades selected and appreciated the input when you or Tyler felt the level of expertise we expected would not be met within certain quotes.  The final outcome of both the exterior design and curb appeal and the interior features meet or exceed the quality and personal fit we desired.

We will always recommend Watercress as a builder who demands exceptional skill in its employees and sub-contractors and as such produces exceptional quality homes.  Our sincere thanks.
