We have been living in our Watercress Developments Inc. built Gabriola Island retirement home for almost 4 years and can, without reservation, advocate Rick Earl and his company for any similar construction project. 

Rick met all the challenges of transporting construction material and finding the requisite skilled trades people usually encountered when building on a Gulf Island.  He and his team were innovative in the implementation of the original home design recommending additional functionality and detail that have added to the enjoyment of living in the home. 

Rick conducted monthly progress reviews on the schedule and budget that allowed total flexibility in the addition of desired design features and finishing details as the work progressed.  The trade specialists employed by Watercress completed their work on schedule and to an unusual high standard.  All stood behind their work and the quality of their materials and corrected immediately any problems that were found later during occupancy. 

We commend Rick Earl and Watercress for an excellent job and recommend the company to anyone who wants a quality home built on time and within budget.
